Novel twice-daily extended-release tramadol/paracetamol formulation combines Spektus’ proprietary AmyloFlex® drug-delivery technology with GEBRO’s established Diliban® brand
Laval, Canada and Fieberbrunn, Austria – 29TH October 2026 – Spektus Pharma Inc. (“Spektus”) and GEBRO Holding GmbH (“GEBRO”) today announced a strategic global commercialization partnership for ActraFlex®, a novel twice-daily extended-release formulation of tramadol and paracetamol for the management of pain.
ActraFlex® combines Spektus’ patented AmyloFlex® drug-delivery platform technology with GEBRO’s established Diliban® tramadol/paracetamol product, creating a differentiated extended-release formulation designed to provide sustained drug release with convenient twice-daily dosing.
Under the partnership, GEBRO will lead commercialization and supply across Europe and selected Rest of World (RoW) markets, anchored by Spain, where Diliban® has an established regulatory and commercial foundation. Spektus will lead commercialization and supply across North America, South America and selected RoW markets, through its established network of regional commercialization partners.
The partnership brings together GEBRO’s established expertise and commercial presence in pain management with Spektus’ proprietary drug-delivery technology and global partnership network. Together, the companies intend to leverage their complementary capabilities and geographic reach to bring ActraFlex® to patients across multiple international markets.

The agreement establishes a global commercialization framework under which both companies will lead the regulatory and commercial introduction of ActraFlex® within their respective territories, supported by a common product platform and shared global strategy.
