- Knight Therapeutics has launched WYNZORA (calcipotriol 0.05 mg/g and betamethasone dipropionate 0.5 mg/g) in Canada for the topical treatment of psoriasis vulgaris in adults and adolescents aged 12 years and older.
- WYNZORA is a fixed-dose combination cream developed by MC2 Therapeutics that targets keratinocyte proliferation and differentiation while suppressing pro-inflammatory cytokines including IL-23, IL-17A/F and TNF-α.
- The launch follows Health Canada’s approval in December 2025. Knight acquired the Canadian rights through its June 2025 acquisition of Paladin Pharma, which had licensed WYNZORA from MC2 in November 2024.
